All applicable fees and charges are published in our tariff guide, available at any branch or on our website. Omni-Trust Microfinance reserves the right to modify fees with 30 days' prior notice.

4. Electronic Services

Use of our digital platforms and API services is subject to additional terms as specified in the respective service agreements.

5. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

6. Regulatory Compliance

Omni-Trust Microfinance is regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya — Microfinance Division. License: CBK/MFI/2024/008.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
